You can cancel your monthly subscription and upgrade to an annual plan.

There are two ways we can go about processing this, as follows:

1. We do it on our end (switch you from a monthly to annual).
2. You do it by canceling on your end and then subscribing to the annual plan after that.

If you’d like to make the changes yourself, here are the steps:

1. Log into your account on our site here: https://app.lowfruits.io/login/
2. Click on Billing in the Settings menu.
3. Click on the Subscription tab.
4. Click the Cancel button.

Please be advised that when you subscribe to an annual plan, the remaining amount on your current subscription will reset (to 3000 for standard or 10,000 for premium), giving you readily available bonus credits you can use until the end of the plan’s billing cycle.

Once the current billing cycle ends, your annual subscription plan will begin.
