If you cancel your yearly subscription, you’ll continue to have access to all features and receive monthly credits until the end of your current annual period. For example, if you signed up for a yearly plan on May 5, 2023, and canceled it on September 20, 2023, you’ll still have access until May 5, 2024.
If you decide to purchase a new yearly plan before your current one expires, let’s say on November 24, 2023, the new subscription will be added to your existing plan. This means your access would extend until May 5, 2024, plus an additional year from that date.
Important: Please note that, in this scenario, payment would automatically renew on November 24, 2024, unless you cancel it beforehand.
