When I check manually the SERPs, I get different results?

It’s normal to see some differences between manual SERP checks and LowFruits results. Here’s why this can happen:

  1. Device type: LowFruits defaults to mobile SERPs (not desktop). You can switch to desktop in your settings at https://app.lowfruits.io/defaults/ or in the advanced options.
  2. Location and language: SERPs depend on location and language. You might do your manual analysis in the UK and extract the SERPs for the US using the tool.
  3. Search history: Your Google search history can affect results. To keep things neutral, try using private browsing for manual analysis.
  4. Timing is everything: SERP positions can change in the blink of an eye. Even Google Search Console shows average daily positions that aren’t always whole numbers.
  5. Google Data Centers: Different servers (Google Data Centers) can give slightly different results.
  6. Browser and device quirks: The specific gadget you’re using can impact what you see.

Remember, these variations are all part of the SEO game. LowFruits aims to give you consistent, location-specific results to guide your strategy.
