If you find that LowFruits isn't what you anticipated or if you've changed your mind within 7 days of purchase and have spent less than 100 credits, please contact us.

We'll grant you a complete refund, no questions asked.

In other cases, there will be no refunds for partial periods of service or credits used. There will be no refunds for unused service periods or unused credits.

All displayed prices exclude taxes, levies, or duties imposed by local taxing authorities. These financial obligations are managed by our merchant of records, Paddle.

Our team closely monitors any unauthorized system access, and has put in place multiple preventive measures to reduce the attack surface on our systems and services. Since the start (December 2019), LowFruits has had 0 major security issues.

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Low Fruits does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
